Gluten-Free Gifts in a Jar Make Easy Gifts
Tis the season for gift giving and sharing from the kitchen.How about we combine the two and whip something up for our friends and family that comes all dressed up in a Mason Jar? This is an old standard with a twist for those on your list that are gluten and/or dairy-free. I have tried numerous gluten-free flours and have also made my own blends. But, I prefer to use two of Pamela’s products: Pamela’s Artisan Flour Blend and Pamela’s Pancake and Baking Mix. They are consistent in quality and perform very well. All of these recipes call for either one.
